I like to give people information to help them in their daily lives to become more positive and happy. As well as provide some information about wellness and mental health to help anyone dealing with issues of their own.

I personally suffer from depression and anxiety, but I am by no means an expert on mental health or wellness.

I make mistakes and do the wrong thing all the time. Just like any normal human being would.

But I want to provide a place to go that is void of negativity and can provide some kind of hope and happiness in people’s lives.
