Routines. We all have them, whether we realize it or not. Some routines are deliberate and some are subconscious.
Everyone has habits. Most habits we don’t even think about, we just do them. We have good habits, and we have bad habits. And we even have habits that aren’t inherently good or bad.
Goals! We all have them. We all have a love-hate relationship with them. But they are what gets us where we need to be in life.
Have you heard of a vision board? You may have and you may not. I personally love them, although I do not use them as much as I probably should.
