Sleep is something I think we all struggle with getting right. We either sleep too much or we don’t sleep enough.
Stress. Who doesn’t have stress in their lives? We stress about traffic on the way to work, we stress about work, school, money, relationships and so much more.
As humans, we spend an absurd amount of time on our phones, tablets, and computers.
Our jobs require it. Or social media pages require it. And our self-worth seems to require it as well.
Self-care is often overlooked. We go about our lives day in and day out without taking a single second to make sure we are okay.
