I feel SAFE
Sometimes we just straight up dont feel safe.
Whether its an outside influence or something within us.
But we should be working to make our environments a safe place. Especially our own minds. 
We should talk nicely to ourselves, nourish our bodies and practice self love. 
And we should remove toxic people and energies from our lives. 
We need to make our day to day feel as safe and as comfortable as possible. 
What are ways that you are making your space a safe one? And in what ways can you reduce toxic and dangerous energy?
Repeat this affirmation while you create that safe space for self and really feel into it and make it your lifes mission to feel safe.

Dont be busy, be productive.
You can spend all day doing little things here and there and going from place to place. 
But did you actually DO anything?
You should be filling your schedule with things that actually get you somewhere and that give you results. 
The things that you spend your time doing should be moving you forward in to the next thing. 
True, sometimes doing stuff that isnt productive can be good for us and gives us time to relax and recharge. 
But even then, relaxing is productive in a way if you want it to be.
Whatever it is your doing, pick the right things that enrich your life in a positive way rather than stressing you out and holding you back.
  • Journal Prompt:
How do you describe your spiritual life?
Some people think you have to go to church every week in order to have a spiritual life. 
You dont.
You just have to believe and feel it. 
I personally love things like crystals, and incense and meditation. 
I love to sit and meditate every day and really tap in to something deeper.
Some people follow specific religions and they pray every day.
Some people go to as many church services as they can. 
Some people study the bible on their own time and make of it what they want. 
You dont have to have some elaborate ritual to be a spiritual person. 
You just have to feel it.
  • Affirmation of the week:
I am TRUTHFUL
One trait everyone should have is that of being truthful. 
Dont lie. Its not pretty. 
Obviously everyone tells white lies every now and again. 
But I want you to strive to be truthful everyday. 
Even if it hurts.
I would honestly rather someone be truthful with me than to lie to me. 
What are some times you were truthful even when you felt like you wanted to lie?
Take some time think about this and then take some time to think about ways you can be more truthful in life. With those around you and with yourself. 
Repeat this affirmation and remind yourself that you are a good person.
