What are positive affirmations and how do you use them? Positive affirmations are daily little reminders to yourself that you are worth it, you are amazing, and you are capable.
As humans, we spend an absurd amount of time on our phones, tablets, and computers.
Our jobs require it. Or social media pages require it. And our self-worth seems to require it as well.
Self-care is often overlooked. We go about our lives day in and day out without taking a single second to make sure we are okay.
